Premier Lorne Calvert announced that the Province will construct a new court house in La Ronge in the near future, with consultations being held in the community prior to deciding on the site.
With him for the announcement were Ministers Joan Beatty (our MLA and Minister of Northern Affairs), and Minister Buckley Belanger, (Minister of Community Resource). Since they were also in Town presenting the Spirit award to the Gary Tinker Federation, we had all involved assemble for the group picture.
